Family Owned and Operated
1960’s – All Truck was founded in 1965 by Sam Culotta Sr. With the help of his youngest son, Mike Culotta Sr., together they opened a simple truck salvage yard on one acre of land and just one employee. A modest metal building needing much improvement was the main operating center during the early years.
1970’s – All Truck Parts & Equip. Co. incorporates and expands its facilities. Mr. Sam turns the business over to his son, Mike Sr. The adjoining land was purchased to increase storage for the salvage yard. Offices are added and warehouse space is added at several intervals to accommodate the increase in inventory. Business expands to include new truck parts, rebuilding services and used truck sales. All Truck is a founding board member of the International Truck Parts Association.
1980’s – All Truck continues to grow and evolve to offer services and products to meet the increasing demands of its customers. Sales of rebuilt transmissions and differentials skyrocket and help establish All Truck’s nationwide presence in the heavy duty truck parts industry.
1990’s – Used truck sales continue to grow each year. The truck sales division becomes an entity of its own named All Truck & Equipment Sales, LLC and moves the offices to O’Neal Lane near Interstate 12.
2000’s – Expanding once again, land with more visibility and interstate frontage becomes available and is purchased on Commercial Ave. at I-12. A new facility is designed and built to house the truck sales division for the next twelve years.
